  • Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice in a cup of water

  • Rub petroleum jelly on your nails
  • Then buff them, with the help of a soft cloth.
  • Do this on alternate days.

5-For brittle nails or split or dull nails:


  • Increase your consumption of:
  • Organic Silica,
  • Vitamin B (especially B5)
  • MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane)
  • It is also advisable to wear a nail polish, or at least the colorless base coat, as much as you can.

6-Do’s and don’ts for nail care:

  • Do not to remove the cuticles from your nails, as it will make the nail susceptible to infection.
  • Try to stay away from acetone polish removers and stick to the one that make use of acetate.
  • Try not to use a polish remover more than once a week.
  • If you love to wear nail polish, it is important to leave them without polish for a few days. Otherwise, they will develop an ugly, yellow tint.
