Mango benefits your skin not only by eating but also by applying on skin. By eating mangoes your skin complexion improves, and  by applying on your skin mangoes can give following benefits.

Mango is a strong antioxidant and is a good source of Vitamin A. It helps in reformation of skin and helps removing dead skin. It’s anti aging because it provides a lot of moisture to skin and retain the elasticity of skin. It repair sun burn and good for open pores. So enjoy your summer with mangoes with it’s taste, health and beauty benefits.

Mango for Beauty:

For Acne and Skin Toning:

Take a mango and boil it  in water with it’s skin, when it reaches to room temperature apply the batter on face it’ll resolve your acne problem and also it works for skin tightening.

Scrub:

Take pulp of mango and mash it, mix some honey in it with 2 tbsp milk and half cup of sugar, now instead eating it after blending apply it on your body and use it as a scrub, all four ingredients are best for skin complexion. Rinse with warm water and you’ll have baby like skin.

Mango as Cleanser:

Make a paste of flour, honey and mango pulp, use it on your skin for tanning and it’ll also cleanse your skin. Apply the paste for 10 to 20 minutes then rub it off.

Mango Masks For All Skins:

For Oily Skin:

  • Oily skin needs more care in summer, mango pulp is good for oily skin.
  • Mash Mango pulp and apply on your face as mask.
  • Wash after 15 minutes.
  • This will cleanse the oily skin and remove the dead skin patches from it.
  • Wash your face before applying mango mask with cool water.

For Dry Skin:

  • For dry skin mix mango pulp with yogurt.
  • Take one mango and 6 tbsp of yogurt mix and apply on face.
  • Apply on your face for 15 minutes then wash off.
  • The mask is good for dry and sensitive skin.

For Normal Skin:

For normal skin mango and milk is mas is best.

  • Mix mango pulp with 2 tbsp of milk ,Crushed oats and Crushed Almonds.
  • Mix the products and apply on face.
  • Rub it off after 15 minutes.
  • This will exfoliate your skin.
  • And have a nourished face with glowing baby like skin.

Tips:

Mango skin can cause irritation to your skin so do not use it in your ingredients. Instead avoid the mango pulp near the mango skin. Use different knife for peeling mango and to apply mango mask. Acids in mango skin are harmful for skin and can cause severe damage to skin. For some women it is possible that mango may not suit their skin so test try it first, if it doesn’t suit you avoid using it.

And of course try not to eat the mango you are using for your skin treatment 😉
