To stay fit, smart and in shape requires a lot of patience with regular exercises and work outs with persistence and determination. Physical fitness is focus of and prior to many men and for that they work out and exercise to achieve their desired built and body by doing body building and mass gaining workouts. Some men try to lose weight and burn calories by doing cardiovascular exercises and brisk walking. To become physically fit and smart is not that easy and needs time. Secondly, the most important thing for everyone who’s working out is proper and sufficient protein intake. It helps and ensures mass and muscle to grow and recover. Approximately, 1gm of protein per pound of body weight is required by an average man, who workouts at least 4 times in a week. Body needs protein after a heavy workout, but has it at least after 30 minutes of workout. Some high protein sources are egg white, chicken breast, milk etc.

To become physically as well as internally fit, besides workout it is also important to have a healthy life style and habits of eating healthy diet and avoiding unhealthy diet and habits. It is important to schedule your sleeping and eating routine according to your workout timings. Don’t skip meals or workouts. Focus on healthy diet which includes protein, milk, fruits, fresh green vegetables, fibre and whole grain products. Avoid the habit of unhealthy eating like junk foods and drinking alcohol. Also avoid smoking cigarettes.
Drink plenty of water. It is important to keep your body hydrated especially if you are doing workouts. You can drink other fluids also such as fresh fruit juices, milk and milk shakes etc.

Avoid stress. Stay happy and Active. Pursue a healthier lifestyle. Try to look. All these will help you avoid illnesses and will give you more energy and make you feel happier and better. And will also help to optimize your body and work out plan.
