Body odor is the obnoxious and unpleasant stink which comes from body. The reason behind is the growth of bacteria. But many people belief that perspiration or too much sweating causes body odour which is incorrect. The bacteria multiply rapidly in the presence of sweat that mount ups and accumulate on the skin which is the main cause and discharge unpleasant stinking chemicals which cause body odour.

Using deodorants can worsen the situation. The various toxic chemicals in the deodorants exaggerate the dilemma. Here are some home remedies and tips and advices to prevent, sort out and to naturally cure the problem of body odour

Drink at least 2 glass of water along with 500 mg wheat grass in the morning with empty stomach as the chlorophyll there in the grass will assist in reducing body odour.
Applying baking soda in your armpits helps lessening body odour.
Rinse the armpits with a mug of water mixed with alcohol or white vinegar while bathing. This will help reducing body odour.
For long lasting freshness put a few drops of rose water in the bathtub which will serve as a good substitute for deodorant and also help reducing body odour .
Use apple cider vinegar mixed in a cup of water instead of deodorant to eliminate armpit odour it will help lessen the pH of the skin.
Take showers, at least twice a day in the summer season.
Apply the baby powder to your armpits, in place of deodorants during summers.
Mix 10 drops of tree oil in 50 ml water and applies it on the armpits to reduce body odour.
Wipe your underarms with white vinegar on a cotton ball to stay smell-free for the whole day.
Extract the Turnip juice and apply on your underarms as it is also effective in removing body odour.
Take a warm bath which will help kill the bacteria on your skin.
Wash armpits with an antibacterial soap.
Regularly shave your armpits.
Wear fiber such as cotton wool or silk to allow skin to breathe and sweat to evaporate faster.
Wear clean and washed clothes
Change clothes regularly.
Limit eating spicy and a lot of red meat.

For Homemade Deodorant

Mix juice of 2 dozen radishes and add init 1/4 teaspoon of glycerin and save it in a spray-top bottle and store it in fridge. Spray in the armpits.
Add 2 drops of tea tree oil in 1ounce of water and save it in a spray-top bottle and use as a deodorant to prevent body odor.
